It's still regrettable that Cyberpunk 2077 was forced to release prematurely. If the game hadn't been rushed, perhaps we could have experienced the 2.0 update and subsequent DLCs from day one. However, what's done is done. Hopefully, CDPR won't forget the lessons learned from this experience in the future.

My guess is the items you get in the DLC for scaling will carry over to NG+ runs. The problem might be that if you start off on a NG++ run, you're going to be way behind of the power curve because you don't have any of those items.

If you can't defeat Mohg you have no business even buying the expansion. It's as simple as that. You will get wrecked and have a horrible time. If they were greedy assholes they would have made it accessible from the start so people would just buy it and then regret doing so after an hour.

They could perfectly setup a So Mi return based on your choice in the expansion (much like Witcher 2 & 3 with Letho) with a trip to the moon in the sequel while also continuing the blackwall storyline. This could be perfect

About Mogh...yes, there are only 38,7% of people that beat him. But man, only 50,3% beat Morgott. Which is the main boss that is placed right in the middle of the path. Which means that half of people didn't even completed half of the main game. They have no business to do in DLC anyway, they are highly underleveled for it in the first place. By the way they are underleveled to beat Mogh as well.

I think if you can’t beat a Mohg to get access to DLC, there is nothing to you to do here People have a opportunity to summon mimic tear, black knife assassin, a lot of imbalance weapons And if they want kill Mohg they could kill Mohg easily

It should be hard. If people can't beat Radahn or Mohg then they need to git gud scrub. No seriously they must be very young. Adults should be smart enough to figure out the fight mechanics and utilise what game resources is available to them to beat these bosses.
